Basics of Strength Training


Your step-by-step introduction to lifting weights with proper form so you can start (or continue) your fitness journey with confidence!
What’s Included:
Session 1
Consultation + Movement Assessment (75 min)
Start with a 1:1 consultation to get to know you — your goals, fitness experience, lifestyle, and any injuries or hesitations you may have!
We'll then move into a movement assessment, where you'll be coached through a series of fundamental exercises to observe how your body moves. This helps me identify your current strengths, limitations, and what to focus on in the next sessions.
Session 6
Energy System Training
Learn how to train your 3 different energy systems using both cyclical and mixed modalities:

Session 7
Individualized Peronal Training Session
A session tailored just for you & built to support you in your next steps whether that's to continue working together with 1:1 in person sessions, remote coaching, OR working out on your own!
Session 2-5
Learn the Foundational Movement Patterns
Learn to:

Hinge [AKA: Deadlift]

Pull
Each session focuses on 1–2 key patterns with individualized coaching to help you learn proper form, build strength, and gain confidence in your body’s ability to move well. We’ll break movements down step-by-step, adjust for your body’s needs, and make sure you feel supported every rep of the way.

These sessions are hands-on, supportive, and tailored to meet you where you’re at — no prior experience required.
