About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah !

I’m a wife, mama, friend and coach who believes strength training should support your life—not compete with it.

Movement has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing team sports, discovered CrossFit in my early 20s, and fell in love with strength training. For over five years, I worked extensively with the military population, helping individuals build resilience, strength, and confidence through smart, intentional training.

I've been a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer since 2017 and along the way, I learned something important: great coaching isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about meeting people where they are.

Becoming a mom reshaped my own relationship with fitness. Navigating postpartum recovery, training with a baby and a busy toddler— and schedule, and learning to connect with my body again brought me back to the basics in the best way. It deepened my passion for helping women return to fitness with confidence—whether they’re new to exercise, coming back after a long break, or ready to feel strong in their bodies again.

I’m currently completing my Women’s Health Specialist and Menopause Coaching certifications, allowing me to better support women through every phase of life with thoughtful, evidence-based programming.

Today, I work with busy individuals who want structure, support, and a coach who truly understands the physical and mental load they carry. My approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and consistency—without extremes, guilt, or unrealistic expectations.

You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start. You just need a plan that fits your life—and someone in your corner.
