March + April: Drop In Sessions!
Group classes are personal trainer-led workouts designed to build confidence, consistency, strength and endurance in a supportive community. Sessions follow a thoughtfully programmed plan and focus on full-body strength, conditioning and progressive overload. Perfect for those who thrive in a motivating group environment and want effective workouts that fit into a busy schedule.
Workouts in March + April vary in length (45 or 60 minute sessions) and at various times and days, using feedback from members to design a consistent schedule for May. If you don't see a time that works for you, please reach out and let me know youre ideal time & I'll do my best to accomodate!
Hybrid Classes
(45 or 60 min)
These small group classes are designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and leave feeling energized.
Each session follows a hybrid training style, meaning you'll get the best of both worlds — focused strength work paired with a fun, challenging conditioning WOD (workout of the day).
To ensure plenty of coaching, attention to form, and a supportive environment, classes are capped at just 4 people.
Your kids are always welcome here!

I believe it's powerful for children to see their parents prioritize their health and get strong. While there is no formal childcare provided, you are welcome to bring your little ones along — just note that you are responsible for supervising them during the session.

Mama + Baby
0-18 months
Designed specifically for moms in the 0-18 month postpartum season, these classes focus on reconnecting with your body, rebuilding strength, and gradually improving cardio in a safe and supportive environment.
Workouts are tailored for the postpartum body, with an emphasis on core and pelvic floor awareness, strength training, and conditioning to help you feel strong and energized again.
Your baby is welcome to stay beside you in a carrier, stroller, or on a blanket while you train. Classes are designed to be flexible, so feeding, diaper changes, and baby snuggles are always okay.
Older siblings are welcome too. No childcare is provided, so moms are responsible for supervising their children during class.
This is a space to move your body, connect with other moms, and rebuild strength together. 💪
