Each session follows a thoughtfully designed program focused on full-body strength, conditioning, and progressive overload—so you’re not just working hard, you’re progressing.
Because here’s the truth:
Most group classes are random.
They leave you sweaty and tired… but without a clear path forward (and often a recipe for burnout and injury).
Not here.
Our classes are structured so that each week builds on the last—helping you develop strength, improve technique, and actually see results over time.
You’ll get:

Hybrid Strength Classes
These small group classes are designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and leave feeling energized.
Each session follows a hybrid training style, meaning you'll get the best of both worlds — focused strength work paired with a fun, challenging conditioning WOD (workout of the day).
To ensure plenty of coaching, attention to form, and a supportive environment, classes are capped at just 4 people.
Your kids are always welcome here!

I believe it's powerful for children to see their parents prioritize their health and get strong. While there is no formal childcare provided, you are welcome to bring your little ones along — just note that you are responsible for supervising them during the session.
If you're looking for a supportive, personal trainer-led environment where you can train hard, have fun, and feel strong, these classes are for you!
Mama + Baby
0-18 months
Designed specifically for moms in the 0-18 month postpartum season, these classes focus on reconnecting with your body, rebuilding strength, and gradually improving cardio in a safe and supportive environment.
Workouts are tailored for the postpartum body, with an emphasis on core and pelvic floor awareness, strength training, and conditioning to help you feel strong and energized again.
Your baby is welcome to stay beside you in a carrier, stroller, or on a blanket while you train. Classes are designed to be flexible, so feeding, diaper changes, and baby snuggles are always okay.
Older siblings are welcome too. No childcare is provided, so moms are responsible for supervising their children during class.
This is a space to move your body, connect with other moms, and rebuild strength together. 💪
