This six-week program is designed to help you discover the power of getting back to the basics. You'll reset your daily habits and build consistency with your weekly fitness rhythm. Each week includes three 30 min workouts that are trackable via the CoachRX app, you'll have the option to follow along live (or to the recording) or on your own with the guidance of exercise demos available in the app. Alongside these workouts are group coaching calls focusing on intentional movement, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and stress management. The curriculum features six hours plus of mindset and habit coaching, covering impactful topics such as decision fatigue, time management, and developing a growth mindset. Participants will have access to two group coaching calls per week—one mid-week recording and one live weekend session (replay available)—ensuring consistent guidance and accountability throughout the journey.
